Scope and controller
This policy applies to personal data SoftNSM handles through its website, accounts, enquiries, projects, support and managed services. SoftNSM determines how that data is used unless it processes data solely on a client's documented instructions.
Information we collect
We may collect identity and contact details, account credentials, service requirements, correspondence, billing and transaction records, technical and security logs, device information, consent preferences and materials uploaded or supplied for a project. Please do not provide personal data that is unnecessary for the request.
Purposes and grounds
We use information to respond to enquiries, create and secure accounts, prepare quotations, perform agreements, provide support, process and document payments, prevent abuse, improve services, communicate requested updates and meet legal obligations. Depending on the context, processing is based on consent, steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations or legitimate operational and security interests.
Providers, transfers and disclosure
We may share only the information reasonably needed with hosting, communications, analytics, payment, storage and professional-service providers. Children and changes
SoftNSM services are not directed to children who cannot lawfully consent or contract. Do not submit a child's personal data without appropriate authority. Material policy changes will be published with an updated version and date; renewed consent will be requested where required.
